So+ service will be instantly activated after successful purchase and must be used in conjunction with 30 days or above local data service package.
SIM validity will not be adjusted if SIM validity has already reached the guaranteed SIM validity upon purchase of So+ service.
Travel Safe Data will be automatically activated upon network connection at covered destinations, in case no travel data pass which has been switched ON is applicable.
Unlimited Validity of Travel Data Pass is only applicable to 1-day travel data pass or DIY pass, newly purchased within the validity period of So+ service.
Travel data pass validity will sync with SIM validity, upon SIM validity extension through recharge or purchase of a designated service package.
Physical SIM / eSIM Conversion is available after logging in SoSIM account in Settings. Offer can be redeemed with SIM conversion coupon upon payment.
Upon upgrade from 30-day So+ service to 360-day service, all 30-day service content and Travel Safe Data usage will be forfeited immediately and the auto-renewal setting will be turned off.
So+ service will be renewed automatically on the service package expiry date. Please ensure there is sufficient stored value in your primary SIM account to continue to use the service. Otherwise, your So+ service will be suspended upon expiry, all of the remaining service content and Travel Safe Data usage will be invalid.
SIM card must still be valid to use So+ service, including Travel Safe Data, Travel Data Pass with Unlimited Validity and SIM Conversion coupon.
