Terms and conditions：
  1. GBA Travel Pro Pass (including travel data, Hong Kong data and bonus insurance) can be activated within 180 days upon purchase, valid for 24 hours.
  2. Insured person must register with a Hong Kong Identity Card or passport (except The People's Republic of China passport and Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao) and identity cannot be changed after registration.
  3. Upon purchase, an insurance confirmation SMS will be delivered by Domain5 to your primary SIM number.
  4. GBA Insurance service will be activated along with the travel data pass. 24-Hour insurance activation SMS with a unique reference number will be delivered by Domain5 to your primary SIM number for claim reference.
  5. GBA Insurance service policy is arranged by Domain5 and underwritten by Zurich. Only applicable to a journey from Hong Kong to covered destinations listed on the related insurance policy, with a maximum coverage period of 10 days per journey. Terms and conditions apply.
  6. GBA Travel Pro Pass is not eligible for the Unlimited Validity of Travel Data Pass feature of So+ service.

  8. SIM card must still be valid to use GBA Travel Pro Pass and related insurance service. If the card has expired, all related services will be cancelled and non-refundable.

Turn ON "Travel Data Auto-activation"
Follow the activation guide below to turn ON your selected data pass (Home > Roaming Service) for instant activation upon arrival.
Turn OFF "Incoming Calls while abroad"
In Home > Setting > Incoming Call Setting after logging in, turn OFF "Incoming Calls while abroad" to get rid of annoying calls and unnecessary travel voice charges.
**iPhone Users**
Turn OFF iOS "Live Voicemail"
Suggest turning OFF function via iPhone Setting > Phone > "Live Voicemail", to avoid real-time capture of voicemail which incurs travel voice and data charges.

Cannot connect to network?
Reset Internet Connection
In Home > Roaming Service after logging in, select your data pass in use and click view details > "Click to Reset" to reset travel data service.
Then restart your device to connect to mobile network. If still unable to connect, please try to remove SIM card and insert again.
Auto-activation Setting
Automatically activate your travel data upon arrival with simple steps! You can modify your Auto-activation setting* using SoSIM App / My Account portal to accommodate your travel needs.

Warm reminder: Simply enable "Data Roaming" and "VoLTE" services in mobile device and turn off Wi-Fi upon arrival at covered destinations, travel data will be available for use and start deducting immediately. If you are using dual SIM device, it is suggested to set SoSIM as the main card in the settings and turn on the roaming mobile data.

* This function does not affect travel data validity. Once travel data is activated by connecting to covered network, its validity starts counting even if Auto-activation is switched off.
