Reactivate Expired Number

If your SoSIM number has expired, please follow the steps to check number status via SoSIM App / My Account portal login page > “Get Back & Reactivate My Number”. If mobile number has not been used by another customer, you can try to reactivate the number:
Number must be reactivated with existing SIM card, all account information cannot be recovered (including account balance, purchased package and reward). Upon reactivation with a handling fee, recharge of $20 or above within 48 hours is required to extend SIM validity and continue to use prepaid service, or the number will be invalid again and cannot be recovered (except customers who have recharged during reactivation). Warm reminder: Reactivation service is only applicable to primary SIM number, handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Resubmission of real-name registration is required to use prepaid services upon reactivation.
Reactivate Guide   2 Enter the mobile number and the last 6 digits of ICCID > “Check Number Status”  3 If number is available for reactivation > choose “Reactivate Now” or “Reactivate and Recharge”  4a If you wish to reactivate the number temporarily > select “Reactivate Now” > Confirm T&Cs > “Pay” to reactivate number for 48 hours  4b If you wish to reactivate and extend SIM validity > select “Reactivate and Recharge” > choose recharge amount > Confirm T&Cs > “Pay” to reactivate number |
