  1. Buy SoSIM (at ParknShop, Watsons, MTR stations’ Hung Fook Tong / SoSIM eShop)
  2. Insert the SIM card to mobile device to receive Real-name registration SMS, then complete registration using HKID.
    This package is only applicable to customers aged 60 or above. Eligibility will be verified using SIM card’s real-nname registration (HKID) information.

  3. Download SoSIM App and login account to buy package. Remember to register contact email, so that you can login to account on any device
    You may use new SIM’s default service package first (50GB local data / 5 Days APAC Travel data), then purchase “SoJoy 360 Package” on the last day before local data package ends / immediately in account.
Current customers may directly login to account to purchase package.

Reminder:
  1. Mobile number porting generally requires 3-5 working days for the verification process. The suggested schedule is for reference only. We recommend completing MNP after your contract ended AND before the monthly billing cycle cutoff date to avoid incurring additional charges.
  2. Please ensure you have provided correct information. You will need to resubmit if application fails.
  3. Mobile number porting service is fully suspended during 1st to 4th day of the Chinese New Year. Please apply porting 3-5 working days in advance. For details, please log in SoSIM account.
  4. Suggested schedule is calculated assuming mobile number porting is successful in 1st time application. To avoid extra cost due to failed application, you may submit application prior to the suggested schedule.

Reminder:
  1. Only applicable to customers of age 60 or above. Eligibility will be verified using SIM card's real-name registration (HKID) information.
  2. Package will be instantly activated after successful purchase and will be renewed for eligible account automatically, if there is sufficient balance, on the expiry date. If not, customers may need to purchase the package again.
  3. Under any circumstances, each eligible customer can only,
    • purchase the package ONCE every 360 days
    • use the package ONE at a time
  4. If you deregister/change real-name registration information during the package validity period, the auto renew function will be disabled for this package,
  5. Please use quota of your own to purchase and enjoy the package. This package cannot be shared with Supplementary SIM.
  6. SIM validity will not be adjusted if SIM validity has already reached the guaranteed SIM validity (extra benefit) upon purchase of the package.
  7. SoSIM reserves the right to amend offers and charges without prior notice.
